SHIPPING POLICY
Handmade For U use An Post Postal Service to ship both domestic and international orders.
We hand make, package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Once your order is confirmed, Handmade For U aim to have your items with you within 7-10 business days (Ireland & UK orders) or 10-14 business days (rest of the world). Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Handmade For U cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the bespoke nature of our business, we cannot accept returns of personalised items on the basis of a change of mind.
In the case that Handmade For U has made a mistake with your personalised order (e.g spelling), we will be happy to accept a return to amend your order, or offer a full refund. If the error is a result of misspelling on your order form, we cannot offer a refund, but we will be happy to amend your personalised item for a charge of €5 per spelling error.
